We offer free UK mainland shipping on all orders over £35.
If your basket value is under £35 it is £3.95 for UK Standard Shipping

Do you offer Express / Expeditated shipping?
Yes, we do offer UK Express Shipping. Once dispatched, your new planner will be delivered to your address within 1-3 working days.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
We aim to get orders out to you as quickly as we can; all of our orders are hand-picked and packed in our Yorkshire warehouse. We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been placed. However, we will try to do our best to help you out of a sticky situation.
If you have made an error with the delivery address on your order, please let us know asap with your order number included. Email hello@wayzgoose.com to ensure we can try alter this before it has been dispatched

When will my order ship?
Each order is lovingly handmade, picked and packed in our Yorkshire workshop. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days.*
We dispatch wayzgoose orders every weekday (excluding Bank Holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its journey.
*Please note that during exceptionally busy periods, there may be a slight delay
How long before I can expect my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of an order being placed. Once dispatched, your order can usually take anything from 1-5 working days to be delivered to your chosen address, depending on what shipping service you have selected.
Express Delivery orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days (after dispatch)
UK Standard Shipping orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days (after dispatch)
The above delivery times may vary for destinations outside Mainland UK.
Please note that during busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, our courier services may experience delays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will then receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.
Please note our courier usually only delivers on working days and may experience delays in busy seasonal periods.
