We strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with every order. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily accept any unsuitable planners back for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Do not ship unless your return has been accepted via email by a member of the Wayzgoose team. We recommend sending your item back via tracked service.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item prior to ordering.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How Long Does A Refund Take?
How Long Does A Refund Take?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the funds to your account.
