Plot management made simple: In our garden design section, you can sketch out your current plot's layout or experiment with new garden bed planting ideas. Whether your planting preference is a romantic cottage style, a geometrical formal composition or a rustic allotment plot, there is plenty of space on our grid and dotted pages to dream away. It is also the perfect page to pencil in big pieces to budget for, such as benches, fountains and winding gravel pathways. 

Soil and sunlight mapping: Key elements to note in the design sections are potential problem areas, i.e. your soil type clay/sandy, boundary lines and fixed objects on your plot, like trees. Finally, do not forget to use these pages to log sunlight direction and highlight sun spots and shady areas to ensure the smoothest of planting.

Track your spending with ease: With our expenses tracker, you can outline your annual budget from the get-go. Use the sections for the plants, plant care and equipment budgeting, and treat yourself if you stick to your goals. Supplier and nurseries tracking: Use the space in our nursery and garden centre section to list out your favourite suppliers, and rate the quality of your bountiful horticultural supplies. Additionally, it is a great way to track your spending habits and stay within your 'greenhouse' budgets. And a good place to highlight noteworthy on-site cafes, too!

Year-round planning flexibility: With our blank month calendars, you can plan out the growing season ahead. Organise the winter months for ordering seasonal flowering bulbs and seeds, complete the dreaded digging and tidying up borders and beds, create fertilising feeding schedules and harvest your plentiful crops in the summer months.

Stay on top of every season: Use our monthly to-do pages to schedule key jobs, from sowing and feeding to pruning and harvesting, and to log any essentials for your shopping list, like more fertiliser for your roses. There’s space to note important observations, track weather patterns, and highlight the successful areas of your plot.

Planting plan made clear: There is nothing worse than at the end of the growing season than wondering where I got that flourishing lavender plant from? With our seed and bulb inventory, you can log everything from the brand, its cost, use-by date and whether it is worth growing again. Our seed and seedling use-by tracker goes one step further, you can record every detail from date sown, germination date, to transplant date and location. With all this detail banked, you are sure to have a successful growing season.

Seed to harvest logging: Now, to the most important section, the plant record sheets! In these sections, you can log everything from their names, planted location, their life cycle, and whether you sowed them or transplanted them. Important reference points like their personal needs, like sun/partial sun/shade, their watering preferences, and log any fertilisers or soil boosters used. Use the handy note section to register your seedlings' performances before 'hardening off' and date when they were potted out, pests or diseases that have troubled you and any blooming or harvesting dates.
